She outstandingly serviced my home-finding at Westerville Ohio this June 2022. Initially I contacted a few realtors but couldn't be satisfied because the former houses and negotiations were quite against my interest and wish, wasting more than a month without outcomes. Krista is among the top agents. I highly recommend her, especially if you are a first time home buyer, and here is why. She is trustworthy because she prioritized our best interests and offered candid advice regardless of the outcome. My wife and I worked with her close to a year and half and never felt any pressure or noticed any sign of being dismissive. She was always patient and accessible, willing to tour as many properties and as many times without any expectations from us to make a decision. On top of that offered us a lot of guidance even if she knew it might deter us from making an offer. As a first time homebuyer, we never felt any pressure and took our time to learn about what we wanted and Krista helped us through that process. She was always quick to respond and researched what she was uncertain about. This was important because previous agents we worked with were happy with just an "I don't know" type of answer. I wouldn't blame them because we were partly picky and partly didn't know what we wanted and Krista made the difference to enable us to make the right choice. She is also proactive during contract and closing phases making sure things progress with speed and accuracy. Total time from offer to close was less than a month which included completing the construction of a new roof and installation of radon system all under negotiated terms. Finally, I want to highlight her communication skills; always clear and to the point. If you don't follow, she will take her time to explain and make sure you understand.
